Rulmeca Dual Drive Motorized Pulleys Now in Service in Underground Coal Mine

Twin 75 HP Motorized Pulleys drive the third panel belt at this underground coal mine in the Illinois Basin, moving 100% of the production from two continuous miners. Configured in a "nested dual" arrangement on the EZMP, manufactured by Kerco, Inc., these drives provide a compact and reliable drive system to the mine operator.

Best known for huge powerful Motorized Pulleys, Rulmeca also supplies fractional horsepower Motorized Pulleys to Access Construction to drive the MiniveyorUSATM conveyor. Weighing only 180 lbs (10' version,) this versatile conveyor provides excellent service in construction, demolition, and mining projects. These little lightweight conveyors run on a 3 phase power supply as well as 115v/1ph/60Hz, more common in small construction projects.
