Merle Graham performs final testing on model 220M Motorized Pulley assembled 3:00-5:00am on a Saturday morning for a customer "break down" emergency. Pulley was placed on a charter plane sent to Wilmington by the customer.

 50 HP model 630H Weighs a Ton:
In addition to quick ship service on model 220 to 400 Motorized Pulleys (up to 20 HP,) Rulmeca Corporation provides "in warranty" and "out of warranty" service on all company products, including the large 50 HP shown. Pulley required external repair and internal inspection due to damage from chronic plugging of conveyor discharge chute. Note limited quantity of Motorized Pulley parts in background (in summer 2008.)

 Fully Stocked Assembly Department:
Merle Graham bands model 320M Motorized Pulley for shipment 2/20/09, marking the 310th Motorized Pulley assembled or repaired at the company's new facility. Rulmeca delivers most Motorized Pulleys to North American customers directly from its factory in Germany, reserving the Wilmington facility for Quick-Ship.
