New stock & equipment enables Rulmeca "Quick Ship" to Montana and Texas

March, 2006 -- Responding to urgent requests from quarry operators, Rulmeca assembled, tested, and delivered Motorized Pulleys to Missoula, Montana and Uvalde, Texas in 26 and 36 hours, respectively (both on weekends). |

Parts Inventory

streamlines the picking process."

Sub-assembly Testing
Actual production of motor/gearbox subassembly takes less than two hours, including heat-shrinking of gears and shafts, pressing of end ring, and wiring and installation of motor.

End Housing Press
New jib crane and hydraulic end housing press greatly reduced the time required to install end housings in lagged pulley shell.

Automatic Oil Pump & Meter
Correct amount of gearoil is quickly installed in each Motorized Pulley with the new pump & meter system.

Expedited Freight
